2. Promotional Offers & Contracts

30-Day No Fee Offer: Any "30-Day No Factoring Fee" promotion is available to new clients only. This offer waives the factoring fee for the first 30 days of the relationship, provided the client enters into a standard 12-month service agreement.

Contractual Commitment: Users acknowledge that factoring services generally require a 12-month minimum term as outlined in the specific Factoring Agreement signed at the time of onboarding. Early termination may result in fees as defined in your specific contract.

3. SMS & A2P Communications

By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from FlowFactor Capital, LLC.

Purpose: Communications may include account updates, document requests for underwriting, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Text HELP for assistance.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Electronic Signatures and Documents

By using our Site or services, you consent to transact business electronically. You agree that any electronic signature, whether via click-through, email confirmation, or digital signature platform, is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.
